We are keeping it simple. Control that territory and it gives you bonus. Some of the bonuses only work if you are playing at that location. To determine if you are fighting at a particular location each player rolls a die before the game set up on a 1 it is their territory. In case of ties roll off. If you are an underdog you can choose to fight at an opponents territory if they have more territories than your own warband. You can use this or change it however you like, or ignore it all together lol... FOR the full size version go to the files section and download it. For those wondering how we use an incorporate this map. Underdogs Rather than using warband rating to determine if a warband is an underdog, we’ll use the 3 win stats. Wins, wyrdstone, and territories. In any game, if a warband has less in 2 out of the 3 stats than the other belligerents, that warband is determined to be the underdog and gains the following benefits corresponding with the stats they have less in. They have less Wins: Each member of the warband gains an extra +1 xp They have less Territories: They can choose to fight in one of their opponents territories. The owner of the territories chooses which territory if they have more than 1. They have less Wyrdstone: During the post game exploration phase the player can nominate a hero/heroes to go back out a second time and search for more wyrdstone. Each hero’s second search is done separately. The first to search rolls a d6 and the result is added to what the warband has found. UNLESS they roll a 1, in which case they immediately roll on the injury chart, ignoring death results. Subsequent heroes can then try but failure on the d6 roll goes up by 1 each time.
