[Inspiration] Cathay - Jonk Céleste et Lanterne Céleste Kongming

Avec la sortie de Total War III et le background Grand Cathay, il y a aussi des choses à reprendre pour Man O' War.

 

Une inspiration pour une troupe aérienne Cathay. En termes de règles en count as ce n'est pas vraiment dur, le Ballon Nain doit faire l'affaire  ou si plus lourd il faut regarder du côté de l'Overlord Nain. L'air chaud est produit par un oiseau de guerre Vermillion et les Lanternes servent à mieux faire viser les machines de guerre (une idée à retenir même pour les nains)

Kongming Sky Lanterns are Cathayan light airships.^[1]

Overview

Kongming Sky Lanterns are used by Cathayan armies to observe enemies from on high, as well as direct troops in battle. Held aloft by a caged Vermillion Warbird - the creature's burning wings giving the great balloon lift - a Sky Lantern holds an armoured gondola beneath its bulk. From this gondola one of the Lord Magistrate's best strategists uses fans and banners to signal troops, or direct the fire of the army's war machines. Should enemy flyers or missile troops get too close, a pair of Crane Gunners snipe from their exceptional vantage point.^[1]

Kongming Sky-junk

Kongming Sky-junks are larger versions of the Kongming Sky Lanterns.^[1]

Overview

An invention of Shi-Hong, Nan-Gau's Master War-Artificer, the Kongming Sky-junk is a wonder of the Celestial Army. As large as a ship of the Jade Fleet, it is suspended in the air by a series of sky lanterns, its armoured cradle able to turn aside arrows and bullets as its crew rain death down upon the enemies of the empire. These great vessels can be seen defending the borders of Grand Cathay, but are also used beyond the Great Bastion, where armadas of the Emperor's sky ships have laid waste to entire marauder tribes.^[1]
